Adversa Financial & Insurance Partners

Protecting what you built while you're away.

A federal sentence puts a mortgage, a policy and a family's financial footing at risk. We help you handle that before it becomes a crisis — not after.

Welcome

The financial side of incarceration is where families lose the most.

Adversa Financial & Insurance Partners exists because the same story kept repeating. A client goes into custody. Nobody is authorized to sign. The mortgage servicer is never contacted. The health policy lapses because a premium went unpaid. Eighteen months later the sentence is the smallest part of what the family lost.

None of that is a legal problem. All of it is preventable.

AFIP is the licensed arm of Adversa Strategy Group built to prevent exactly that — mortgage guidance and insurance continuity, delivered by licensed professionals who understand what an incarceration timeline does to a household balance sheet.

Our services

Two things, done properly.

We would rather do two things well than list a dozen we cannot deliver.

Service One

Mortgage & Housing Guidance

Hardship options, forbearance, refinancing, sale and rental decisions — assessed against a real sentence timeline rather than a generic hardship script. Delivered through a licensed joint venture brokerage partner.

Service Two

Insurance Continuity

Health, life, property and casualty coverage reviewed for what actually happens during incarceration — what lapses, what continues, what has to be restructured, and what the family needs in place before surrender.

Advisor and client
Why we exist

Most advisors have never seen this.

A conventional mortgage broker has no framework for a client who will be unreachable for thirty months. A standard insurance agent does not know which coverages survive incarceration and which quietly terminate.

AFIP sits inside the Adversa relationship, so the advice accounts for the sentence timeline, the designation, the release date, and the family structure that has to hold it all together in between.

We are not a lender. AFIP provides guidance and connects families to licensed professionals through our joint venture partnership. We never take a fee for a referral.

Our commitment to you

How we're structured, and why it matters.

Adversa Financial & Insurance Partners is a separate legal entity, co-owned by Adversa Strategy Group and a licensed operating partner. Under federal law that structure is called an Affiliated Business Arrangement, and it comes with obligations we take seriously.

What this means in plain terms:

1. You will always receive a written disclosure of our relationship before any referral.

2. You are never required to use AFIP. You are free to shop anywhere, and we will tell you so.

3. Adversa is compensated only through its ownership in AFIP — never a payment for sending you here.

That last point is the important one. A referral fee creates an incentive to route you toward whoever pays the most. Ownership economics do not. It is the difference between advice and a sales channel.

How we work

Handle it before the date.

Nearly everything here is easier while you still have a valid signature, a working phone, and time to negotiate.
